Regional Consultant Manager- SE Asia & APAC

People Profilers is supporting a global life sciences solutions provider in the search for a senior leader to head its Medical device unit for APAC. This role carries overall responsibility for commercial leadership, team management, and strategic development to strengthen the company’s presence and performance in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Life Sciences business unit, setting clear direction for commercial, operational, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Drive revenue growth by shaping customer strategies, managing key projects, and ensuring strong execution across the team.
• Strengthen customer partnerships by supporting account managers and engaging directly with major stakeholders.
• Formulate strategies to expand market presence and capture new business opportunities within the process and life sciences sectors.
• Oversee pricing and profitability, balancing competitiveness with sustainable margins.
• Guide marketing initiatives and ensure product launches are supported with the right commercial approach.
• Manage budgets, forecast accurately, and report on the unit’s P&L performance.
• Develop the team through mentoring, training, and structured performance management.
• Partner cross-functionally with other business leaders to align on growth objectives and share best practices.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Identify risks and operational challenges, resolving them swiftly to maintain customer trust and business continuity.
• Champion initiatives that optimize internal processes, enhance efficiency, and support long-term growth.
