Machine Operator (Full Time)

Penerangan pekerjaanSPM or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or technical fields is a plus. Proven experience as a machine operator or in a related technical role is an advantage. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Physically fit to handle loading, lifting, and restocking tasks. Valid driver’s license (if travel to machine locations is required). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor vending machines to ensure smooth functionality and performance.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of machines.
- Load, refill, and restock vending machines with products as required.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales data, and machine servicing.
- Report technical issues and coordinate repairs with the technical team.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper appearance of machines at all times.
- Adhere to safety standards and company protocols while handling machines and products.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients or end-users.
- Assist in testing and implementing new machine features or upgrades.
