Overview
Employment type : Full-time, Service Agreement for Remote, Employment Agreement if based in Malaysia.
Remuneration : Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Promote the companys products and services through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Conduct market research and share relevant insights to support client decision-making.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, including account setup and product usage.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales objectives and business growth targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Represent the companys offerings to partners, affiliates, and prospective clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and partner network.
- Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have FX industry experience in an IB Sales Manager or Business Development roleMust be able to bring their own IB network, particularly within Southeast Asia / East AsiaThey need to have excellent USP (unique selling proposition) skills.Fluent Mandarin is a must; good English (B2) is acceptableBENEFITS
