Job Summary
The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing event activities for NICE 2025. This includes liaising with vendors and exhibitors, managing event logistics, overseeing setup and breakdown, ensuring smooth on-ground operations, and supporting promotional efforts to deliver a successful and impactful national innovation showcase.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day coordination of event activities, ensuring smooth implementation within agreed timelines and budget.
Work closely with the Event Manager and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across all event components.
Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and partners to ensure clear communication, setup readiness, and adherence to event guidelines.
Coordinate venue setup, equipment needs, signage, and other operational elements to ensure a well-organised event experience.
Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and participants, addressing enquiries and ensuring expectations are met.
Track event progress, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports highlighting key outcomes, challenges, and improvement areas.
Identify and recommend enhancements for future events based on observations, feedback, and event performance data.
