Responsibilities

• Define and coordinate area projects, analyze resources utilization, evaluate new equipment needs.
• Interact and advise internal and external customers; manage overall performance and development of the team; provide performance feedback; establish goals and development plans.
• Manage new process qualification : define qualification plan, facilitate and manage qualification, comprehend failures and failure rates, perform risk assessment at all decision points.
• Develop process reliability methodology and qualification : coordinate with R&D teams; comprehend new processes / technologies; develop process reliability tests; ensure test methodology follows industry standards (JEDEC); define process sampling plan and instruction; analyze and report results; analyze failures and coordinate failure analysis; develop process monitor plan.
• Support excursion material disposition : provide support for R&D for new technology nodes; assess or evaluate SWRs / Excursions for process reliability risk; define evaluation(s) necessary to mitigate risk; facilitate and manage evaluations.
