Client : Sg-based Financial Provider
Location : UOA Business Park Shah Alam (reachable by LRT / KTM)
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements, reports and forecasts to Top Management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and financial plans.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger and Project ledger functions.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments and reconciliations.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations especially on Services Tax, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and Global Minimum Tax and timely submission of all tax returns for the company and expatriates.
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
A deep understanding of financial principles, budgeting with financial software is essential. Knowledge in XERO system will be an added advantage.
