Key Responsibilities :
Assist customers in creating and managing user accounts
Support users in adjusting software settings for optimal performance and usability
Help users fine-tune and personalise reports to suit their needs
Respond to support requests via phone, email or chat with professionalism and empathy
Develop and maintain, support documentation and configuration guides
Collect user feedback and relay insights to the product team
