Requirements :

  • Exposure and experience in 'ISO / IATF Standard' is an added advantage.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, senior management, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of LMW regulations and Malaysian Customs requirements.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems, FIFO management, and warehouse safety practice.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
  • Oversee proper ESD and moisture-sensitive device (MSD) handling and storage.
  • Coordinate timely material issuance to production lines to prevent downtime
  • Monitor and control stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
  • Ensure proper labelling, location management and FIFO (First In, First Out) implementation
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and support annual stock take
  • Liaise with forwarders and transporters for delivery arrangements.
  • Prepare and maintain LMW documentation and reports
  • Prepare and submit monthly inventory and material usage reports.
  • Lead and train store personnel on procedures, safety and housekeeping
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, 5S, and EHS standards & Support periodic stock audits with Finance and internal auditors
  • Manage scrap disposal and ensure documentation is completed.
  • Support process improvement and cost optimization projects.
  • Maintain store equipment and tools in good working condition.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Materials Department Manager.

    • Qualifications :

  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
