AFTER-SALES SERVICE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented After-Sales Service Operations Executive to join our Service Business team. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination between customers and installers, delivering excellent service within the agreed standards for air-conditioner purchases.

Responsibilities

  • Job Scheduling & Coordination

Monitor daily job assignments and adjust schedules for urgent or delayed tasks.

  • Ensure resource allocation and job sequencing are managed for maximum efficiency.
  • Operations Monitoring & SLA Compliance

    • Track job orders to ensure timely completion within Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • Escalate delays or bottlenecks to management and resolve issues proactively.
  • Update system with real-time job status (completed, pending, rescheduled).
  • Serve as the main contact for customers on scheduling and job updates.
  • Coordinate with installers to confirm job progress and completion.
  • System & Reporting

    • Maintain up-to-date records of job activities in the system.

  • Generate daily / weekly operational reports on job status, SLA compliance, and warranty cases.

    • Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in after-sales service (coordination, scheduling, or operations support)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and system-based reporting
