Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Identify and resolve client issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the development of promotional activities and marketing strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies (experienced with Kantar, Nielsen is preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
