A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced professional to lead its credit operations and project delivery team. This role offers exposure to strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a credit operations team, overseeing daily processing activities and project execution.
  • Ensure accurate handling of legal and security documentation related to retail credit products.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Drive process improvements and system enhancements to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Manage departmental projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Maintain strong governance and compliance with regulatory and legal standards.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in lending operations, with deep expertise in retail credit (e.g., housing and auto loans), regulatory compliance, and legal documentation.
  • Strong understanding of credit, treasury, and trade financing processes.
  • Proven leadership experience managing mid-to-large teams in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
