Job Responsibilities :
Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and xiaohongshu to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
SEO / SEM Strategy : Develop and implement effective strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Email and Remarketing : Create and manage impactful email, SMS, and remarketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversions to continually improve results.
Cross-team Collaboration : Work closely with content and design teams to create compelling creatives, landing pages, and social media campaigns.
Industry Trends : Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Job Requirements :
Educational Background : Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field to provide a strong foundation in marketing principles.
Digital Marketing Experience : 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, either agency or brand side, to bring practical knowledge to the role.
Technical Proficiency : Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) to effectively manage and optimize campaigns.
Analytical Skills : An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for the best results.
Creative and Self-driven : A creative thinker who is self-motivated and eager to test new ideas in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Language Skills : Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa, and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and target audiences.
