Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a service coordination role Possess at least an SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or Diploma in business field Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese both written and verbal Working experience in similar field is highly advantageous. Good organisational skills Team player Willing to learn / Good attitude
Responsibilities :
- Schedule and monitor maintenance and service activities to ensure timely completion in accordance with customer requirements.
- Assign daily tasks and service calls to technicians and mechanics based on skill, availability, and priority.
- Assist the Service Manager in managing and coordinating mechanics' schedules for on-site service activities.
- Liaise with senior technicians and mechanics to communicate job scopes and provide clear briefings for on-site service tasks.
- Support the onboarding and training of new technicians / mechanics as needed.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring the delivery and location of machines to ensure accurate deployment.
- Optimize scheduling to ensure efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
- Handle ad-hoc duties that being assigned.
