Service Coordinator

Responsibilities :

• Schedule and monitor maintenance and service activities to ensure timely completion in accordance with customer requirements.
• Assign daily tasks and service calls to technicians and mechanics based on skill, availability, and priority.
• Assist the Service Manager in managing and coordinating mechanics' schedules for on-site service activities.
• Liaise with senior technicians and mechanics to communicate job scopes and provide clear briefings for on-site service tasks.
• Support the onboarding and training of new technicians / mechanics as needed.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring the delivery and location of machines to ensure accurate deployment.
• Optimize scheduling to ensure efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
• Handle ad-hoc duties that being assigned.
