Relationship Manager, Enterprise Banking (Lebuh Bishop)

Job Description

Manage relationships with SME clients to deliver exceptional customer service and grow their businesses. Ensure customers are provided with tailored financial solutions and strategic banking advice. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling of UOB products and services. Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce customer attrition. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive support to clients. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

• Managing assigned accounts / relationships, ensuring all credit facilities are fully utilized.
• Monitoring the performance of each account, identifying areas where improvements can be made and implementing measures to enhance profitability.
• Cross selling other bank’s products such as investment banking, treasury and insurance.
• Growing existing customers’ relationship by providing them with quality banking services and attending to their needs promptly.
• Responding quickly to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Building strong relationships with key decision makers within each account to understand their needs and preferences.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies when managing accounts.
• Preparing regular reports to track progress and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Keeping abreast of market developments and trends to better serve customers.
