Sri KDU International Klang is seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Classroom Teacher for January 2026 to inspire the next generation of leaders.
Overview
A clear focus on learning is the foundation stone of SriKDU teacher standards, which guide and inform our approach to our students’ learning and development across each type range. We are inviting applications from teachers who are fully aligned with this ethos and demonstrate the following.
Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery : Plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate lessons based on the UK National Curriculum, with a strong focus on literacy, numeracy, and inquiry-based learning.
- Language Support : Provide additional support to students with English as a second language to aid their understanding and participation in English-medium instruction.
- Classroom Management : Establish a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment that encourages student engagement and active learning.
- Student Progress : Regularly assess, track, and report on student progress while differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Collaborative Practice : Work closely with colleagues to plan cross-curricular units, share best practices, and contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.
Skills Required
Primary Teaching Experience : Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally within a British or international curriculum framework.Effective Instruction : Strong classroom delivery skills and the ability to design engaging, differentiated lessons that meet diverse learning needs.Communication & Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents.Personal Attributes

Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. (Masters preferred)Proven experience in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities for children aged 6-12 years.In-depth knowledge of child development theories, pedagogical approaches, and assessment strategies within the early years’ context.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents / guardians, and colleagues.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with current trends and research in early years education.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive working environment.How to Apply
