Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing / equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales administration or sales support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong passion for sales, aggressive and proactive in supporting sales activities.
- Result-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask independently.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
- Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese as many customers are Chinese-speaking.
Responsibilities :
Prepare quotation, invoice, delivery order, and other sales-related documents.Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and provide timely feedback.Maintain and update customer records and sales orders.Prepare sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.Coordinate with internal teams (operations and accounts) to ensure smooth workflow.Assist in follow-up with customers to support sales closure.Maintain proper filing and documentation system.Perform other related administrative tasks as required.Job Type : Full-time
