About the role

FKTT LOGISTICS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising the movement of freight and cargo to ensure timely and efficient delivery to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Liaise with clients, carriers, and internal teams to plan and schedule freight movements
Monitor shipments and provide updates on delivery status to clients
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the logistics process
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, such as shipping manifests and customs clearance forms
Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and implement cost-saving measures
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
Provide support and guidance to junior team members as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years' experience in a logistics or freight forwarding role

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure

Proficient in using logistics management software and database systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders

Working knowledge of import / export procedures and customs regulations

Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve logistics issues

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
