Hands‑on experience in large‑scale storage projects (PB‑level) and virtualization platforms; HCI knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with storage protocols (FC / iSCSI / NVMe), RAID, snapshots, and OS storage stacks. Knowledge of cloud‑native storage (Kubernetes CSI) and emerging technologies like Cloud Computing, Big Data, and AI. Preferred certifications : RHCE / RHCA, CCNP / CCIE, VCP / VCAP, HCIE / HCIP, PMP / ITIL, EMC / NetApp. Strong collaboration skills and experience managing IT teams. Job Description
- Oversee IT Service Industry Management for the Malaysia office, ensuring business objectives and project delivery success.
- Lead a team of 5‑10 engineers, providing technical guidance and managing daily operations.
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise storage systems (SAN / NAS / object storage) and virtualization platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to propose and implement IT and storage integration solutions, including disaster recovery and data migration.
- Develop technical training programs to enhance team expertise in storage and virtualization technologies.
