Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution : Manage scope, constraints, and delivery plans to optimize benefits and minimize risks.
Independent Project Management : Deliver projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards, ensuring governance.
Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement : Handle planning, analysis, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Risk & Issue Management : Monitor execution, resolve issues, and elevate when necessary.
Quality & Governance : Ensure high‑quality deliverables and adherence to governance processes.
Compliance : Align projects with PM frameworks, SDLC, PDLC, and ITIL standards.
Governance and Control
Risk Alignment : Ensure PMO activities align with risk strategy and policies.
Collaboration : Work with risk and governance teams to implement consistent IT risk frameworks.
Internal Controls : Mitigate risks through proper controls and resource allocation.
Growth and Financial
Analysis & Business Case Support : Provide financial, market, and process analysis for decision‑making.
Evaluation & Forecasting : Prepare cost‑benefit analyses, P&L forecasts, and implementation recommendations.
Strategic Planning : Support prioritization, integration strategies, and investment approvals.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Experience
University degree with at least 3-5 years' working experience for the Executive position, and at least 5-7 years' working experience for the Senior Executive position.
Preferably experience in financial institutions or insurance domain, with a proven track record in managing multiple projects.
Knowledge or experience in Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and ITIL processes is an added advantage.
Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, ACP, or CSM are advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Writing and communication skills, and the ability to deliver insightful presentations, opinions and guidance.
Highly versatile, sharp, resourceful, proactive, and mature.
Committed to achieving high performance standards within aggressive deadlines.
Ability to think 'out of the box', work independently and integrate into a diverse team.
