We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant cum Managing Director to support the CEO in both administrative and executive-level tasks while overseeing day-to-day business operations. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Assistant Duties

  • Provide full administrative support to the CEO (schedule meetings, travel, calendar management, etc.)
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, memos, and reports
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and documents as required
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Managing Director Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple departments and branches
  • Ensure smooth execution of company policies, SOPs, and strategic plans
  • Monitor KPIs, project deadlines, and business performance
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance reviews
  • Lead or assist in business meetings, dealer coordination, and stakeholder management
  • Take initiative to resolve operational issues independently or elevate when needed
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a PA, operations manager, or similar executive role
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (written & spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent matters efficiently
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and trustworthiness
  • Willing to travel and handle matters outside office when required
  • Preferred Traits

  • Experience in managing teams or handling multi-branch operations
  • Familiar with drone technology, agriculture, or tech-related industry (an advantage)
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
