Quality Systems Coordinator

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science Studies or related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Systems Management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in PCB or EMS manufacturing industry. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001, and electronics / automotive / PCB industry standards, is pre-requisite. Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills. Must be able to read and write in Chinese. Good command of Chinese, English and Malay.
Overview
This role is to manage DMI company Quality Systems for Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading company internal audit and customer onsite audit.
- Conduct supplier audit with DMI Team.
- Prepare and maintain DMI Internal Quality System for external auditors for quality system certifications.
- Quality Systems & Compliance with external auditors for quality registrations
- Maintain the company’s Quality Management System in alignment with and other Company / Customer specified standards.
- Develop, review, and update quality policies, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Support the preparation of quality documentation including Control Plans, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and MSA.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
- Responsible for leading internal audits and continuous process improvement.
- Participate in supplier evaluations, customer audits, and certification audits.
