Sales Executive - Johor Bahru

Penerangan pekerjaanBuild and maintain strong client relationships Follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities Ensure customer satisfaction and handle issues professionally Understand product features, pricing, and benefits Monitor market trends & competitor activities Recommend solutions to client challenges Work closely with marketing, customer service & operations teams Prepare sales reports, proposals & quotations Maintain accurate records in CRM system Attend sales meetings, training & events Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, (Science or Medical-related background is an added advantage). Possess own transport (if fieldwork or travel is required). Additional training or certification in sales, CRM, or customer service is an added advantage. 2–3 years experience in sales, business development, or a related role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Familiar with CRM systems (Zoho) and Microsoft Office. Able to work independently and in a team. Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated. Good time management and organizational skills.
