About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service and Operation Executive position based in Penang. As part of the Client & Sales Administration team at EAM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolving customer issues and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions
  • Assisting with the processing of orders, invoices, and other operational tasks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance customer experience
  • Attending flights for the day to day operation in Penang Airport

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is an advantage
