Penerangan pekerjaanPETRONAS Gas Berhad - Gas Central Operation - SARO (Pipeline At least 3 months, starting early September 2025 Corporate Communication Office Systems Management Public Administration Business Administration Language; and related courses Draft and format letters (BM and English) Prepare and compile technical documents Update tracking sheets and monitor submission progress Liaise with contractors, consultants, and authorities Assist in meeting minutes and site visit as well as meeting coordination Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the engineering team Proficient in both written and spoken English and Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint (bonus if familiar with PowerBl or willing to learn) Strong communication and stakeholder management skill Organised and detail-oriented Willing to learn technical terms with guidance and support technical team Available for at least 3 months, starting August or early September
