MISSION
MKS PAMP is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Community & Social Media Manager to lead and grow our online presence while fostering meaningful engagement with our community. This role blends creativity, analytics, and strategic execution to strengthen our connection with our audience and drive measurable outcomes through organic and paid strategies. The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with experience managing online communities, crafting compelling content, and running paid social campaigns. A background or interest in the precious metals industry is highly desirable.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Management : Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of our social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others; manage and moderate comments, messages, and feedback; cultivate and engage with our existing communities to enhance loyalty and advocacy.
- Content Creation : Develop and execute engaging, brand-aligned content strategies, including posts, videos, and stories; collaborate with internal teams to highlight products, services and industry insights; stay ahead of trends and propose innovative content ideas to drive engagement and growth.
- Paid Social Media Campaigns : Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve goals such as brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation; analyze campaign performance, provide detailed reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Influencer Relationship Management : Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers who align with our brand values; collaborate to create impactful content and campaigns; monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve outcomes.
- Data-Driven Insights : Utilize analytics tools to monitor metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, and paid campaign results); provide actionable recommendations based on data to optimize organic and paid strategies; report on audience behavior and insights to inform future strategies.
- Community Engagement : Foster relationships with online followers, address inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and empathetically; handle comments with tact and a solutions-focused approach; act as the voice of the brand ensuring consistency in tone across channels.
- Collaboration with Customers & Partners : Work with customers and partners to co-develop social campaigns and initiatives; monitor partners’ activities to ensure brand values are maintained.
Support partners by providing corporate marketing materials and other resources to help them successfully run digital campaigns.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
5 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts, online communities, and paid social media campaigns.Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Creative mindset with a practical approach to managing and engaging audiences.Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Facebook Ads Manager).Familiarity with digital advertising strategies, audience segmentation, and budget optimization.Experience or a strong interest in the precious metals industry is highly preferred.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.A proactive, problem-solving attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.Native English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
