About the role

The Solutions Engineer will undertake the implementation of multiple cybersecurity / network products at the L1 / 2 level, encompassing tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support for the assigned cybersecurity / networks product. This position is ideal for an individual with some basic knowledge of post‑sales, networks / cybersecurity, making it an excellent opportunity for those taking their initial steps in their career journey. This role will report to a Technical Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support calls for L2 troubleshooting
• Handle Project Kick‑off Meeting
• Mounting / Relocation of cybersecurity equipment
• Configuration of cybersecurity equipment
• Migration of cyber security equipment
• User Acceptance Test
• Draft documentation for project
• Proactively manage customer's expectation
• Knowledge Transfer to the partners or end users
• Involve in the Vendor Training
