As a Senior Technical Consultant , you will lead the charge in designing, developing, and delivering high‑performing .NET‑based solutions that drive measurable outcomes for clients across Telcos, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on solving real‑world business problems through technology, architecture, and mentorship.

What You Will Do
- Architect and lead the design of enterprise‑grade systems built on .NET Core / .NET Framework , integrating with ERP, CRM, and HRIS platforms.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical architectures .
- Lead end‑to‑end SDLC — from system design and development to integration, deployment, and post‑go‑live optimization.
- Guide backend and API development using C#, .NET Core, RESTful & GraphQL APIs , and microservices architectures .
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution consultants, and DevOps engineers to deliver reliable, high‑impact solutions.
- Mentor and upskill developers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in performance, security, and clean code .
- Champion continuous improvement and technical excellence through documentation (Visio, Draw.io), architecture reviews, and agile ceremonies.
