Job Overview

Summary : Conduct new equipment introduction (automation) and set the equipment Maintenance plan and machine operation instruction, support Process ME (Cable and Cable Assembly) team for the new product pilot run with the objective of meeting production requirements and ensure the machine stability on production within Engineering policies, procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Development Project
• Subject matter expert and work with vendors to develop, set up / debug automation machine ; Timely feedback and solve the problem to ensure the progress of the project
• Programming & Digitalization
• Provide automatic control equipment programming according to the production needs
• Provide digital solution to implement site digital factory projects to improve process control real time.
• Trouble Shooting
• Problem identification and trouble-shooting a wide range of complex electrical problems for automation line
• Responsible for the effective communication across the company
• Technical Guidance
• Line maintenance / change over together with / guiding the engineers and technicians to make sure automation machine run smoothly
