They design, manufacture, and market high-quality protective equipment including industrial gloves, medical gloves, and safety apparel. With operations spanning over 100 countries, they serve industries such as healthcare, manufacturing, and life sciences, with a strong focus on safety, innovation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies, define scope and objectives, and create detailed test plans, including resource allocation and schedules.
• Build, manage, and mentor a team of testers, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Oversee both manual and automated testing processes to validate software and hardware, creating and maintaining complex test scripts.
• Identify and record defects (bugs), review completed tests and analyze results to ensure the product meets quality standards and requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between the testing team, developers, and stakeholders, effectively communicating test progress and issues.
• Advise on testing best practices, contribute to the evolution of testing processes, and provide insights into new tools and technologies.
