About the role
As a Live Host, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time, providing exceptional customer service and driving new business opportunities. This full-time position is an integral part of our sales and customer experience strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Interacting with customers through live video or audio channels to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
- Generating new leads and converting them into sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to educate customers and address their queries effectively
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging content and campaigns to attract potential customers
- Providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients
- Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to continuously improve the customer experience
