Key Responsibilities
Host Live Sales : Present and sell products in an engaging and entertaining manner through live-streaming platforms, ensuring viewers remain engaged and informed.
Product Presentation : Showcase and demonstrate products, clearly communicating their features, benefits, and unique selling points (USPs) to drive sales.
Audience Engagement : Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to comments, answering questions, and addressing concerns to create a positive shopping experience.
Sales Techniques : Use persuasive and effective sales techniques to encourage purchases during live sessions, including upselling and cross-selling.
Content Planning : Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to plan live content, scripts, and key talking points aligned with the brand's strategy.
Maintain Energy and Enthusiasm : Keep the live-stream entertaining and energetic, encouraging viewers to stay engaged and participate in the conversation.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the products being sold, including features, specifications, and availability, in order to effectively answer questions and address customer needs.
Performance Tracking : Monitor the performance of live selling sessions, including viewer engagement, sales generated, and customer feedback, to continuously improve future sessions.
Prepare for Live Shows : Set up the live-stream environment, ensure proper camera angles, lighting, and technical equipment for seamless broadcasts.
