Responsibilities
- Making and confirming clients reservations. Collect payments, passports and visas for confirmed booking. Issue tickets, boarding passes and vouchers. Create and update digital records of clients.
- Outbound tour leading as Tour Leader or Tour Manager.
- Maintains relationships with clients to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Responsible for leading outbound tours in the capacity of Tour Leader or Tour Manager.
- Process bookings, reservations, and ticketing for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information and travel preferences.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns, including promotional events and online advertising.
- Pre-costing – Preparing pre-costing and maintaining required profit margins
- Reservation of flight tickets and hotel accommodations using systems like Amadeus
- Tour leading for both overseas and domestic incentive trips
- Manage group bookings on Amadeus and airline platforms.
- Ensure compliance with travel procedures, fare rules, and regulations.
- Conduct thorough checks prior to issuance and submit sale report weekly.
- Itinerary Planning : Create clear and detailed itineraries to ensure well-organized and enjoyable client experiences.
- Quality Assurance : Monitor ongoing tours to ensure smooth execution and promptly resolve any issues.
- Client Liaison : Act as the main contact point for clients, offering support before and during the tour, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate Teams : Communicate with sales, support, and branding teams.
- Logistics Management : Handle travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and activities.
- Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any issues or changes that arise during the tour.
- Data Analysis & Optimization – Track and analyze performance data across platforms, prepare monthly reports, and continuously refine content strategies based on insights.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
- Support sales and operations teams in coordinating travel arrangements.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintenance of financial records and documentation; assist in audit and tax-related processes where applicable.
- Itinerary Preparation : Create clear and detailed itineraries to ensure well-organized client experiences.
- On-Site Execution : Often travel with the group to ensure flawless execution, manage any issues, and enhance the guest experience.
- Documentation : Prepare comprehensive travel packs, vouchers, itineraries, and emergency contact lists for clients.
- Analyse competitor pricing models and recommend pricing strategies.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve product quality and customer experience.
- Liaise with internal departments for finance-related matters.
- Coaching and staff development activities as part of team leadership and operations support.
