Job Details

Part-Time Virtual Assistant (Admin & WhatsApp Support) — Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation, prospect research & data entry
  • Handle corporate emails, messages & assist in follow-ups
  • Prepare documents, reports & ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Assist business owner in daily tasks

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented, responsible & responsive
  • Independent, quick thinker & organized
  • Must have own laptop & stable internet
  • Fluent in English & Malay (Chinese is a plus)
  • Prior admin experience is a plus
