We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations at Emberton Technology Sdn Bhd (formally known as DD Services Sdn Bhd). The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and assisting management with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry and document preparation.
Handle purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery records.
Support communication between internal departments and external suppliers / customers.
Manage office supplies, coordinate courier or shipment arrangements and maintain inventory records.
Assist in preparing reports and organizing company documents.
Provide support for HR or accounting tasks when required.
Ensure all documents and files are properly maintained and up to date.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in admin or office support is an advantage.
Good English communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
