We are looking for a versatile and organized Content Manager to join our team. This role does not involve people management but focuses on client servicing, project management, content planning, and light copywriting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and able to coordinate seamlessly between clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring timely delivery of content projects.
- Oversee content planning and scheduling , aligning strategies with client objectives and campaign goals.
- Manage end-to-end content projects including briefing, workflow coordination, approvals, and delivery.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is engaging, accurate, and on-brand.
- Produce minor copywriting tasks such as social media captions, short articles, or campaign taglines when required.
- Monitor content performance and provide insights or recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and deadlines.
