Content Moderator - Listing & Content, MY Marketplace

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.

Job Description :

• Be responsible for the curation of Mall content, to perform quality checks on the legitimacy of the official brand and marketplace listings.
• Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the product categories.
• Review offline files to ensure the marketplace content aligns with the policies and guidelines.
• Understand marketplace policies and guidelines, and make necessary curation based on them.
• Identify improvement opportunities in workflow and suggest solutions.
• Work with the Customer Support teams and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries.
