Your Role
You’ll be the key person supporting daily business operations — ensuring smooth coordination across admin, procurement, and project functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
Manage procurement, ordering, and inventory records.
Support project administration , documentation, and reporting.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients for operational follow-ups.
Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial summaries.
Assist management in scheduling, filing, and office coordination.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in admin or operations.
Good understanding of basic accounting or bookkeeping .
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
