Fresh Graduate Application Support Engineer – Randstad Malaysia

Base Pay Range

RM 3,500 - RM 4,500, depending on qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to internal and external users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to our software.
• Monitor application performance, identify potential stability concerns, and escalate complex issues to senior developers or IT teams.
• Document support procedures, solutions, and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
• Assist in testing new application features and patches before they are deployed live.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
