Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales consultants to improve performance.
- Monitor and oversee the sales team's social media marketing activities to ensure alignment with company branding and sales goals.
