Overview

Oversee daily sales operations and driving sales growth by improving the company's products and services.

Manage sales and manpower, recruit new staff and agents, engage with potential business partners, and strengthen relationships with existing clients and agents.

Handle customers inquiries, resolve agent issues, gather market feedback and understanding market trends and customer needs.

Collaborating with the existing team and other department to deliver high-quality services.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or agency systems, with a focus on team leadership.
• Can write & read English and Mandarin, with knowledge of major Mandarin dialects as a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a strategic mindset to drive results.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
