Overview
To service retail bank within the central region.
Responsibilities
- To target on new business opportunity along with maintaining all the existing accounts diligently.
- Take initiative to standardize the process and procedures of any support functions within the section.
- To submit the necessary reporting within the required timeline.
- To target on cross selling / referral from existing customer for growing and enhancing client relationships.
- To check and collect payment from customers to ensure credit control issues are fully within the control.
- To assist superior on the propositions with partner bank.
- Any additional duties as and when assigned from time to time.
