Silver State Laboratory Sdn Bhd has been in operation since 2010. Our core business is in medical device distribution. The products includes hematology analyzers, chemistry analyzers, medical imaging systems and point-of-care testing kits. We have come a long way in building our presence in the medical device market. As at to date, we are currently serving over 500 clients across Malaysia.

Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Sales Executive, based in Kota Damansara with the option for hybrid work arrangements, allowing some work from home. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves staying updated with market trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Sales skills : Experience in sales, prospecting, and negotiating

Customer service skills : Ability to build and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service

Communication skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills

Technical knowledge : Familiarity with the technology market and ability to stay updated with market trends

Self‑motivation : Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Problem‑solving skills : Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

Prior experience in a similar role within the technology or laboratory industry is a plus
