Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Create and manage the annual sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance goals and providing guidance to achieve targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales initiatives, including promotions, packages, and partnerships.
- Marketing and Branding : Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract target audiences.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and advertisements.
- Manage the hotel's online presence, including website, social media, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Revenue Management : Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Event Management : Oversee the planning and execution of events and conferences, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution and guest experience.
- Leadership and Team Development : Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales and marketing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Guest Relations and Accounts Management : Maintain a strong presence in the hotel, engaging with guests to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Address guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
