CNC Programmer

Job Responsibilities

• Operate machine according to component or part to be produced.
• Manual GCode programming, operating and milling CNC lathe & vertical machining centre.
• Troubleshoot machining and fabrication related issues.
• Setup machine using tooling and jigs.
• Prepare components or parts before running using correct machine and jig.
• Check and set up machine before starting production.
• Monitor component or part quality during operation.
• Ensure working instructions or specifications are correct and products are produced within specification.
• Report abnormalities to the Factory Manager.
• Repair or rework rejected products from QC.
• Record all products produced in Production Weekly Record.
• Maintain a safe working place and use safety equipment when handling machines.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks related to the company.
