Telesales Executive - KL Eco City

Overview

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote J&T’s delivery services. Understand customer needs and offer the most suitable logistics solutions. Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients. Follow up on leads and close sales effectively. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Keep accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales / customer service role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, energetic, and results-driven.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
