Senior Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including external partners, job boards, networking,and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and futurejob openings.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and otherpartners to supplement internal recruitment efforts as needed.
Conduct meetings with hiring managers and department heads to understand theirtalent needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Lead employer branding initiatives.Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing througheffective communication and documentation.
Requirements
Must haves :
Diploma or higher qualification in any field.Minimum 2 years of working experience in recruitment or HR related roles.Result-oriented with a growth mindset & able to recover from setbacks quickly.Strong sense of collaboration, highly attentive to nuances in communication &identifying talents.
Previous experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.(i) Strong sourcing ability or (ii)GenAI skill (able to utilize or implement AI tools to increase work efficiency) with (iii)Basic HR knowledge
Nice to haves
Experience in utilising ATS systems.
