Job Description

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to meet industry and company standards.

Oversee quality control processes across all production stages to ensure product consistency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement improvements.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Analyze quality data and provide actionable insights for process optimization.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality-related issues.

Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices and standards.

Report quality performance metrics to senior management and recommend improvement strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Lead should have :

A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Comprehensive knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.

Experience in leading quality audits and implementing corrective actions.

Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
