Responsibilities
- Innovate & Build- Lead the design and development of advanced electronic and electrical hardware controllers — from concept to reality.
- Design with Precision- Engineer and refine circuit designs through simulation, component selection, schematic drawing, and PCB layout.
- Collaborate to Create- Team up with product and technology teams to deliver high-performance, reliable products — on time and on point.
- Test & Assure Quality- Drive evaluation and testing processes to meet internal standards and industry regulations.
- Manage & Deliver- Coordinate design activities, manage resources, and keep projects on track toward success.
- Solve & Optimize- Tackle complex technical challenges and boost performance with smart, creative solutions.
- Mentor & Grow- Support junior engineers by sharing knowledge and guiding their development.
Qualifications
Academic Background : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering (min. CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper).Experience : At least 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware development or a related field.Technical Skills : Proficient in circuit design, with experience in PCB layout and adherence to industry best practices.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills — you see challenges as opportunities.Communication : Clear communicator, team player, and someone who brings energy to every project.#J-18808-Ljbffr
