Windows Systems Administrator (Wintel)

Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving escalated incidents in Windows Server platforms

Escalate cases to L3 Infrastructure / application team if needed

Perform regular server operations such as setup, upgrade, patches deployment, monitoring and health checks, backup and restore etc.

Responsible for system troubleshooting and performance tuning.

Prepare and maintain technical documentations.

Provide support on issues related to servers, hypervisors and storages

Liaise with external vendors for IT Server operations and maintenance

Requirements :

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related discipline;
• Holder of ITIL Foundation or above is a plus
• More than 2 years relevant working experiences in Windows Servers, VMware, x86 servers and storage
• Sizeable company and ITIL experience is preferable
• Self-motivated, quick learner,
• Can-do attitude and able to work under pressure
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and Cantonese is a plus
• Knowledge of SAN infrastructure, SiteScope, AD and VMware is a plus
• Willing to work night shift and on public holidays
